threeArch started with a dusty Word document.
Some time ago, I went on a nomad workation with a company I respect very much. Two days before arrival, I hadn’t received any information. I was in the country and I had no idea where I was staying. After emailing to ask for the address of the accommodation, I received a dusty Word document like it was 2007.
Earlier this year, I joined another group experience, and this time the host sent a beautifully organised Notion portal with all the information we needed before and during the trip.
The contrast between the two experiences was so stark that I realised I needed to do something to improve guest experience.
Most hosts are closer to the Word document than they’d like to admit. Not because they don’t care — they care enormously — but because nobody had built them a better option.
So I built one.
