1. About threeArch

threeArch is a guest portal builder for retreat hosts, group trip leaders, workation organisers and co-living hosts. It is operated by Johanna Kristin Hamalainen, sole trader, United Kingdom.

2. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using threeArch, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.


3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be 18 or over to create an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.


4. What we provide

threeArch provides software that allows you to create and publish guest portals. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update or change features at any time.


5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use threeArch for any unlawful purpose

  • Upload content that is sexually explicit, obscene or inappropriate for a general audience. threeArch is a professional tool intended for use in travel, hospitality and wellness contexts

  • Upload content that is offensive, defamatory or infringes third party rights

  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data

  • Reverse engineer or copy any part of the software

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice and to terminate accounts immediately and without refund where serious violations occur.


6. Your content

You own the content you upload to threeArch. By uploading it, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it as necessary to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.


7. Subscriptions and payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds on monthly subscriptions unless required by law.

By accessing your subscription immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge that your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is waived.

The Explorer plan is free. Voyager is €19/month. Expedition is €39/month. All prices exclude VAT where applicable.


7a. Plan features and limitations

Explorer (Free)
Build and preview unlimited portals. Publishing and sharing portals with guests requires an upgrade to a paid plan. threeArch branding appears on all guest portals on the Explorer plan.

Voyager (€19/month)
Publish and share one active portal at a time. Publishing a second portal requires the first to be unpublished or an upgrade to Expedition. threeArch branding appears on all guest portals on the Voyager plan.

Expedition (€39/month)
Unlimited published portals, team member access, Nori AI assistant for hosts and guests, and the option to remove threeArch branding from guest portals.

We reserve the right to change plan features with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified of any material changes by email.


7b. Plan changes and downgrades

If you upgrade your plan, new features become available immediately. If you downgrade:

  • Downgrading from Expedition to Voyager will remove all team members immediately and Nori will be disabled on your guest portals. All published portals except your most recently published portal will be automatically unpublished.

  • Downgrading from Expedition or Voyager to Explorer will unpublish all active portals. You retain access to your portal content but will need to upgrade again to republish.

We are not liable for any disruption to your guest experience caused by a plan downgrade.


7c. Beta programme and founding member pricing

Beta testers admitted to the threeArch beta programme receive free access to the Expedition plan for a period of up to 12 months. After this period, beta testers are offered a founding member rate locked in for life at the rate communicated at the time of joining. We reserve the right to end the beta programme at any time with reasonable notice. Founding member rates apply to the individual account holder and are non-transferable.

Founding member pricing is offered to early subscribers at our discretion. Founding member rates are locked in for life provided the subscription remains active. If a founding member subscription lapses or is cancelled, the founding member rate cannot be reinstated and standard pricing will apply on resubscription.


8. Done-for-you portal setup

The done-for-you portal setup service is a one-time purchase at €297. Once you have provided your complete content and assets, your portal will be delivered within 3 working days. If content provided is incomplete, the 3 working day period begins from receipt of complete content.

Due to the nature of the service, refunds are not available once work has commenced. We reserve the right to decline done-for-you orders at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be provided. We will notify you promptly if we are unable to deliver within the agreed timeframe.


9. Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, all your data including portals and associated content will be permanently deleted within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.


10. Intellectual property

threeArch, its logo, design and software are owned by Johanna Kristin Hamalainen. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of threeArch without written permission.


11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, threeArch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.


12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.


13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of threeArch after changes constitutes acceptance.


14. Affiliate programme

threeArch operates an affiliate referral programme. Affiliates earn commission on referred paying customers as communicated in their affiliate agreement. Commission rates and terms are subject to change with 30 days notice to active affiliates.


15. Guest data and GDPR

As a host using threeArch, you are the data controller for any personal information you upload about your guests. threeArch acts as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from your guests to share their information and for complying with applicable data protection laws including UK GDPR.


16. Service availability

We aim to maintain high availability of threeArch but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from service downtime.


17. AI assistant — Nori

threeArch's Expedition plan includes Nori, an AI-powered assistant that answers guest questions based on the content you provide in your portal. Nori's responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you provide and for reviewing Nori's responses. threeArch accepts no liability for incorrect information provided by Nori to your guests.


14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
